Dr. Grayson Zulauf is on a mission to combat climate change by electrifying everything.
As the co-founder and CEO of Resonant Link, he is accelerating electrification through groundbreaking wireless charging. Resonant Link sold the fastest wireless charger for material handling equipment (acquired by ACT in February 2025) and powers over 50 implantable medical devices.
Before Resonant Link, Grayson led product at Motiv Power Systems, where he helped launch “first-evers” in all-electric refuse trucks and school buses. He currently advises the teams at ZapBatt (proven fast-charge batteries) and Scalvy (modular power electronics for EVs).
Grayson holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and has published 43 peer-reviewed publications that have received 3 IEEE Best Paper Awards and over 1,000 citations. Forbes, NPR’s Marketplace, CalMatters, Cipher, and TechCrunch have featured Grayson’s climate work.
Recognized as a 2022 Dial Fellow, an NSF Graduate Fellow, a Forbes 30 Under 30 - Energy honoree, a NASA iTech Energy Winner, and an Activate Fellow, Grayson combines technical substance with the ability to humanize the climate fight. His personal essays have been featured in The New York Times and Powder Magazine.
Grayson graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Engineering Studies and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering. He lives in San Francisco and is proudly from western Colorado.
